While shopping with us, we want you to be completely happy with the experience. If for any reason you have a issue with our products. Please contact our team to discuss. 

To be considered for a refund hair must be in it's original form. see below 

*Closures and/or frontals cannot be combed out and/or tampered with. Curly and wavy textures cannot be combed or tampered. 

If a return is granted, its the responsibility of the buyer to pay for shipping. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION ABOVE TO BE CONSIDER. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. Orders are generally processed the next business day. 

If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at platinumcheveux@gmail.com. 

If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. 

If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

(NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you'd like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)

Because we start processing orders right away, orders must be cancelled within 1 hour by message to Instagram. 

Must receive confirmation from our team order has been cancelled. Refund will be given in 24hrs. Please keep in mind your financial institution may take 3-7 days to show this credit in your account.
